Recently, I upgraded my Alienware M17x laptop to Windows 7 Ultimate (64 bit). I have been running it for about 2 weeks now and I can tell a huge difference in speed and reliability. Previously I had Vista Ultimate64 bit and liked it, but ran into the occasional BSOD or freezing. The differences in boot time alone from Vista to 7 is staggering.

I recently rebuilt my laptop which included the installation of Visual Studio 2005. By default, line numbers are not enabled in VS 2005. I can never remeber where to enable this feature, therefore I decided to post it here for the next time I forget where to enable them.
